Declaration of Independence on Accidental Fortunes

This was a lot of fun. I love doing recreations. Bob Wise really pushed me to find interesting shots with background and foreground stacked in interesting ways. I’m happy that we managed to pull off some effective but naturalistic lighting that supported the story in the very tight schedule we were alloted. Note the computer sequence in the middle where we got a sunny day look, a night time look and a soft daytime look out of one location. This was the first of two stories I did for this show and they picked this one to start off the premiere episode. The original segment is 6:30, I’ve done a 2:32 cut-down for your viewing pleasure. Sorry about the TLC bug, but it is the only copy I have.
